J.D. Sellers is a native of Sapulpa, born at "Bartlett" (St. John Sapulpa) Hospital. Graduated (1995) Sapulpa High School & Drumright Vo-Tech with a year of college at TCC. Leaving college to pursue a career in Banking, he spent 7 years working & training at American Heritage Bank, before moving on to join the officers of First United Bank that would eventually create Summit Bank in Tulsa. 
 
Always wanting to own & operate his own business, at the age of 25, he purchesd a small local window cleaning route (about 35 clients) from Tennis Contracting (Thank you Ashley & Barry). With the help of friends & family, Power Cleaning & Maintenence was born. 

Power Cleaning & Mantenance (Advanced Window Cleaning) began as a janitorial & window cleaning company that quickly evolved into a commercial window cleaning company with 200 plus clients in just over 2 short years. As the company has grown, it has taken on a reputation of it's own as being a dependable driving force in the commercial window cleaning industry in the Tulsa Metro area. Recently adopting the name "Advanced Window Cleaning" to better describe the direction of the company, J.D. has continued to look for the most efficient, cutting edge technology to provide the best service for his clients at the most affordable price. 

J.D. also has a select network of professonals that he works with that specialize in window cleaning (commercial & residential) & the janitorial industry, that like him, own & operate their own company & have a proven reputation of quality service & dependability (J.D. does not recommend anyone unless he's worked with them personally and they have proven reliable and efficent - this is a tough list to get on). J.D. lives with his wife, Summer (High School sweet-heart) and their rescued animals, Pinky & Sabian (the Boys) & their terrier mix Kaylee. He is an accomplished drummer and, along with his wife, an avid movie & music buff.
